I reflect on how grace is often unfamiliar simply because no one ever taught us how to be gentle with ourselves.
I also share practical and nurturing practices, including mirror work, honest affirmations, reframing negative self-talk, journaling as self-love, and creating rituals that help your nervous system feel safe. I open up about how harsh self-talk once felt like protection in my own life, but was actually holding me back from fully embracing my worth, purpose, and identity.
