In this special Black History Month episode, I kick off my limited series Rooted in Black Excellence: Kultivation in Color by honoring the life and legacy of Dorothy Dandridge, an American beauty icon whose brilliance, talent, and ambition changed Hollywood forever — often at great personal cost.
